S4Hosting Refund & Service Policy
Note: Refunds are not available for domain services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in cases of technical issues on our server side:
- Customers must create a support ticket for any technical issue.
- If our team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds are not applicable for development-related issues (non-server side).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services
- Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons
- Accounts violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Third-party server or network blocks preventing access to your VPS
- Proxy services on our network (please contact sales before ordering VPS for such use)
- Disabled ports (e.g., Port 3128 and Port 25)
- Ticket booking services (such as IRCTC) on VPS
- Refunds are not applicable if a customer denies or fails KYC verification
3. Money-Back Guarantee
A 7-day money-back guarantee is available only for first-time signups. Repeat signups are not eligible:
- If you had an account, cancelled, and signed up again, you are not eligible.
- If you open a second account, you are not eligible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at support@s4hosting.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Additional Notes
- Refunds are not guaranteed for services that have been used extensively or abused.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- This policy applies only to VPS and Shared Web Hosting plans. Other services may have separate terms.
