Refund & Service Policy

At S4Hosting, we strive to provide enterprise-grade infrastructure with transparent billing. Please read our refund and service policies carefully before deploying your services.

⚠️ Important Note: Refunds are strictly not available for domain name registrations or transfers.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical issues originating on our server side. To be eligible:

  • Customers must create a formal support ticket outlining the technical issue.
  • If our engineering team is unable to resolve the server-side issue, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for user development-related issues (e.g., coding errors, incompatible third-party scripts, or non-server side configurations).

2. Non-Refundable Items & Actions

The following services and scenarios are strictly exempt from refunds:

  • Domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses.
  • Service renewals, plan upgrades, and purchased add-ons.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (ToS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • Refunds are not applicable if a customer denies or fails mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
  • Third-party server or network blocks preventing access to your VPS.
  • VPS instances used for Proxy services on our network (Please contact sales before ordering a VPS for such use).
  • Disabled ports due to security policies (e.g., Port 3128 and Port 25 are blocked by default).
  • Using our infrastructure for automated ticket booking services (such as IRCTC) on a VPS.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee strictly for first-time signups testing our Shared Hosting or standard VPS environments.

  • Repeat signups are not eligible. If you previously had an account, cancelled it, and signed up again, the guarantee does not apply.
  • If you open a secondary/duplicate account to claim the guarantee, you are not eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request that meets the criteria above, please email our billing department:

* Please include your specific Order ID and a clear reason for cancellation in your email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Additional Notes

Refunds are not guaranteed for services that have been used extensively, abused, or subjected to excessive bandwidth consumption within the trial period. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this document.

Note: This policy applies only to VPS and Shared Web Hosting plans. Other specialized services or custom enterprise deployments may have separate, contract-specific terms.
