Refunds are available only for first-time purchases made directly through S4Hosting and must be requested within 10 calendar days of the initial order.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services
• Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons
• Accounts violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
